This apartment is ideal for larger groups such as families, friends, or business colleagues and can accommodate up to ten people. The spacious 2,300 square feet apartment is a duplex containing 4 large bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a large kitchen open to a living/dining room and an outside deck.
This Brownstone is surrounded by greenery, so don’t be surprised if you awake to the pleasant twitter of the birds in the morning, even in the midst of the city. Despite its location in the heart of New York, this Brownstone is amazingly quiet, as well as very bright and sunny.
The large rooms are decorated with spotless taste and artistic flair, offering an atmosphere of calm, which is sometimes hard to find in the hectic city. The transport links are excellent, as the house is located just 1 block away from the 2 and 3 express lines. If you would rather take in some of the sights by catching a bus, you will find the M2 (which goes to 5th Ave), the 7 (which goes to Colombus Ave) and the M102 (which goes to Lexington ave), all just one block away. NYC tours (Gray line, Uptown loop) can also drop you right on 117 St. and Lenox.
